No one replied to this so I've reposted it. Any advice would be appreciated.

I have a similar situation.

I have not seen my half sisters in many years, and my father is dead. I also
have
not kept in contact with other family members as we are fairly spread out.
One
lives in USA anyway.

Is it necessary to include all my living relatives on my application as it
is
certain they will never apply to migrate themselves?

If I included every family member who is still breathing, the list would run
to
at least a page of A4. Seems a bit much, unless I've misread the
instructions.

Hi,

I also have step brothers and sisters, but I never see them or have any contact with them, so I didnt put them down on our form. I only put my real sister on it. Dont know if I did the right thing, but I didnt see any point in putting people down who are not a part of my life, and are not related to me by blood, so if I were you I wouldnt bother either.

I'm sure we are not alone in this.

What category of immigration are you applying for?

If you don't have full details just put down the details you do know
and make it clear you don't have the remaining information. If you're
applying for skilled independent, it's not likely to make much
difference. If on the other hand it's remaining relative or something
like that then it might have an impact but you've no choice other than
to declare it anyway.
