Default Future changes in MODL and CSL list

I have a question regarding aplication of new MODL/CSL list. This future changes (in May-June 2009) will affect also the application who was NOT been procesed yet, but they are already sent to DIAC?

In my case...if I'm now on CSL/MODL with application files sent in August 2008 and until the date of changes I will not have a CO or visa granted...in the moment when my CO will look on my documents (lets say after the new CSL list has appear) he will apply to me the new CSL list, and not the old CSL list (where my job is still listed)?

Now, in case that my job will not be listed on the new CSL/MODL list I will loose the points for job and in this case all money for application, assessment, meds, pcss...and of course my time and hope...right? Perhaps you can clear this issue to me.

Thank you

Refer to the quoted text from http://www.immi.gov.au/skilled/gener...-in-demand.htm
How are occupation points awarded on the points test?

If your nominated occupation is on MODL either at the time your application is lodged or assessed, you will be eligible for 'occupation in demand/job offer' points on the General Skilled Migration points test. You will receive extra points if you have a job offer from a suitable Australian employer.

No you will not lose the MODL points..even if the occupation is not on MODL list after you file the application.
