Frontload meds/pcc for non-primary applicants

Is it possible to frontload only the medicals for my wife and children and PCC for wife without affecting the start date for the 12 months to validate the visa? As we still require an LFJO I don't want to do all the meds and PCC yet and thus create a notional date for the 12 months to validate the visa. I would however like to get as much done as possible but leave myself to do meds/PCC when requested.
