Dear all,

I have uploaded all the relevant documents (Sub Class : 175) through online couple of days before. (Lodgement date : 28-July-2009).

I'm really confused if we would be needing the following documents (given below) if you apply through online.

FORM 1276

FORM 1221

FORM 80

FORM 47A

Also, are there any other documents to upload ?

You just need to upload the documents which was specified in the "document checklist" that corresponds to your application which appears after you had submitted your application online.

If any documents is needed the CO will contact you. But it will take few (min 3) months since you had applied just now.

The next action would be to do PCC and medicals but I suggest not to do so early as these too have validity period of 1 year after which it expires. So just wait

But just tell me one thing ......Is FORM 1276 applicable only for the people who opt for paper based filing and not for the one who have applied online ?

Yep..
form1221- additional Char form, needs to be fiiled and sent once CO asks for it..However, Form80 , I guess its compusory and we need to fill it and send once CO is assigned Or front load it...

Form 47A is for PCC I guess..
