When filling in form 886 (settlement details) for the spouse visa is it just my spouse as the migrant that completes it or do I, as the Aussie partner, have to as well??

Hi,
This form is about your planswhen your arrive in Australia. Since you are applying for a spouse visa you are supposed to be living together, so I think you should fill in this form as a couple (so one form for the both of you) . We did when going for my spouse visa anyway, and it was granted so no worries there.

We just filled one in - for my OH, as he was the one applying for the Spouse visa. But it wouldn't hurt filling in one each - rather have too much info than not enough !!!
