Form 1195-Identity Declaration for Citizenship

Hi All,

with the 1195, is this not submitted in most cases at the same time as you do the online application? And don't people generally get the 1195 sorted before they apply for citizenship online? The reason I ask is the form is asking for the Transaction Reference Number, but having not done the online application yet, how could I have a TRN? As my intention is to have everything all scanned and ready for the online process, but that's not actually possible because of this.
