and pray for all those who are waiting on this forum to get their Approvals immediately

Make sure you advise your case officer that you are renewing the passport. She may need to get the electronic record back from the evidencing post to change the details on the visa grant (after you supply the details of the new passport), and then re-send to the evidencing post. If you just send the new passport to the evidencing post there could be an extra delay of a couple of weeks before you get the passports back.
