The final thing !!
When assembling the 'pile' of stuff for the visa submissiion....
When i present all the documents etc form 47Sk that will be folio no.1 do you have to number each page of this form? Also form 47 when all finished - is this the last thing in the 'pile' or the first?

we did a covering letter stating visa applying for and a list of the documents enclosed. The 47Sk form being the main document and the rest backing it up/providing evidence etc including checklist from booklet 6.

I'm at same stage as you, trying to get an order to it all but I've took a break to have a squiz on here. You also need to include a seperate checklist off Dimia website along with the one out of booklet 6. Form 47 wants to be first in line behind checklist with everything else following.

I am sure if 'they' put their heads together there might be a more complicated way of doing this !!!!
