Fillable 888 - Luke I Amyofath?
 

I really need this for someone who can't write to do an 888 (and no, I
can't write it for them, even if I am writing their words, they don't
want that.) I saw Luke I Amyofath posted it last November, but I can't
get attachments off google and I can't go that far back with my news
program.

I can easily strip passwords from adobe PDF files (and so can you, with
so many freeware utilities), but I don't know what I am doing and can't
make it fillable properly and make sure I don't screw up the form at
the same time for that matter.

According to DIMIA migration agents all have fillable forms. That
really makes me a little peaved, why should they get it but not us? You
know how much handwriting I have done? I am sure you have, actually,
but I spilled coffee on my forms and had to re-write ALL of them!
(including the 80, which had two pages of notes attached to it I forgot
to save, 26A (had one page of notes "" "") & 160A)
