Posted a while ago when we had our medicals and we were worried about hubbies back condition causing a problem with our application for permanent residency. Since then Dimia has contacted us twice and the last letter stated that hubbie had been given a full medical clearance subject to a Health Undertaking. There was of course more forms to sign but all they need now is our Federal police clearance which we applied for a week ago.
Has anyone else had anything to do with Health Undertaking? We believe it's related to the old lung scarring seen on hubbies chest x ray.
Obviously you can imagine how excited we were and are pretty hopeful we will be accepted but until that visa is in our sweaty little hands the cork will stay in the bottle.
Here's hoping

Hi Sue48!
I was also asked to fill up the Health Undertaking form which we sent
back to them last June 25 but until now, no news yet. Have your heard
from them yet?
