along with that she has asked me to do my medical and clearance certificate from local Police.

now its just that i dont think i wont be able to get 5 years of salary slip i might have few of them for every year but not the whole 60 ( 5 x 12) months salary slip.

will that affect my case negatively ? what do you guys think

i m planning to attach my date of joining along with annual income bonus letter that i got from my company in these years.as a proof that i am working.and earning.

well thats it for now i hope things would go smoothely.. take care all of you guys

ielts nov 2008
9th Feb 09, application lodged
Co assigned 25th aug 09, medical to be performed
Congratulations for having CO. I think you have to submit as much as possible documents to prove your claimed work experience. It doesn't necessarily mean that you have to provide pay slips of 60 months and tax certificates for 5 different fiscal year.

In my case, CO mentioned in the request letter that I have to submit as much as possible of those documents to prove my claimed work experience before the date of lodgement.

I hope that same will be the case for you as well.

thanks,

Guys for comment..
i m just a bit worried.. what if i am not able to submit all 60 of them..are case officer reasonable enough to understand ? as i ll have the other credentials to prove that i m working and earning or they might just cancell my immigration case...

you should not be worried at all. case officers are very reasonable, i think, albeit it may vary sometimes. do u have the pay slips and bank statements of the periods just after starting your career?

my co also asked all those docs for entire three years of my claimed work experience.

Most of the bank statements I provided were recent except the one which depicted the starting of my professional career.

I provided pay slips of 2009, 2008, some of 2007 and 2006 and nothing of 2005, though I started in September, 2005. but I covered 2005 through sending only bank docs and i didn't send any bank docs for 2006 & 2007.

I think u may cover the entire period with selective period wise bank statements and pay slips.

hope that this could be of some help to you........

wish you all the best.

Yes COs are very understanding and will co-operate with you provided that you are able to prove that your employment is genuine. e.g. not all 60 payslips may be reqd just few of them will be. And if you are able to show bank transactions, they will speak for unavailable payslips.

Submition of 5 years salary slip is not mandatory. In DIAC website it is written that 1 salary slip would be enough. Please find out it in the following link

http://www.immi.gov.au/skilled/gener...ence-study.htm

Morover the evidences your CO mentioned is not limited to that list. You may add anything that proves your work experience. e.g. someone added vehicle usage log as evidence of attendance.

Thanks

My status also shows "Complete Character Assessment particulars for this applicant" and there is online form in which I have to fill in the required information. I have already filled form 80, scanned and uploaded so why this message is appearing? Any suggestion? Is it because i have filled form 80, scanned and uploaded in system while they want me to fill in the online form?

My second question is whether I should fill in the form or wait for CO to ask for it. CO has not contacted me so far about completing this form.

Online Application: March 3, 2009
GSM 175, CSL, High Risk country
Occupation: Mechanical Engineer
A PLE may confirm about the CO allocation.

Today my CO contacted me. He has asked me to provide the following document. The email states the following:

"Skills and qualifications
● Skills Assessment for your nominated occupation as the document provided will not open."

Does this mean I have to provide again
1) letter from Assessing authority? OR
2) Documents that I had submitted to assessing authority? OR
3) both?

Please help

i think the document that you have submitted needs to be re sent as that document is not opening.. due to scanning error or the format of the saved document might not be in ms-word format.

Hey buddy, I applied on exactly the same day as you did. And I am also SAP Specialist. But I have not received any information regarding CO allocation...

Dunno what's going going on in DIAC. But I've front loaded PCC and Medicals...

Don Worry mate...as you said you have already submitted your PCC and Medicals, you might get directly grant letter in case your CO is happy with all other documents.....he may not at all contact you. it depends on case by case ...

So just relax...

Thanks, but I know the best I can get is the pre-grant letter as I have to pay VAC2 for my wife...
