Re: Feb 2009 Applications
Hi
Can i add our name to this Thread.
Managed to get in right at the end. Visa Lodged today (27th)- online. Have still to add attachments will start that at weekend - once this is done we will be able to settle a bit.
We're going this alone without an agent, however from what i have seen of it, even with an agent you would have most of the hard work to do yourselves.....I sat last night for ages adding information onto the application, putting in my and husbands work experience etc , all the time not thinking that I should need to "save" at any point, and got to near the end of part of it and it timed me out - lost all the data i had input. So had to start all over again. Own fault really - Anyway done now....
Going on 176 State Sponsored visa (Nominated by Qld). Husband is Welder (1st class)

Re: Feb 2009 Applications
Thought I'd start a new thread for all Feb applications!
Applied today for a skilled independant 175 visa with my nominated occupation as accountant. It's on the MODL list but as we're in no rush to move I haven't done the IELTS test so we won't be in the CSL fast processing group.
It's been such a long road just getting to this point it feels like quite an achievement just to apply!

New to the forum, we just made our application (475) to South Australia on the 22/02/2009.
