Hi Everyone,

I have applied for Australian Immigration under visa class 176 Family Sponsorship. I applied in May 2011, and CO was assigned to me in Nov 2011. Case is still in progress.

Now I have a situation , my Sponsor is planning to come back to Pakistan in SEP/OCT 2012. It may be a six month to a one year tour. I am wondering if this long tour of them can effect my case in any way? Like,

1. Do my sponsor need to be in Australia when I will arrive there?
2. What if CO will try to contact my sponsor for case verification and my sponsor will be in Pak.?

Any suggestion/advice on this scenario will be highly appreciated.

DIAC expect you to keep them uptodate with any changes in circumstance. Therefore you should inform them of any changes includes changes in temporary or permanent addresses should DIAC need to make contact.
