Default FAMILY N FRIENDS GETTING A VISA?

Ok bit of a werid one but was asked by a family member how long can anyone stay on a visit for just pleasure only?
And what if a family member wanted to stay for longer and maybe work a while,is there such thing a a 12 month working visa a family member could get due to us having a pr visa?

thanks

The Working Holiday Visa gives someone 12 months in Aus with working rights, if they fit the eligibility criteria - don't need any family here.

They can apply for a 676 tourist visa - that ives up to 12 months heere on holiday - again no need to have family here.

Or if they actually want to apply for a skills migration visa then they can get extra points due to having family here.

They have to fit the eligibility criteria - if not then they'd be looking at proper skills visas, almost certainly.
