Default F/L PCC - Pollyanna?

I have sifted through as many past threads as I can and still cant find answer to this.

I have weighed up the pros and cons and decided we will Frontload our meds and police checks - the meds i understand you use your passport number to match up with your application - what about your police checks - how do we manage that one?

Hi Hayles,

Depends on whether they want to be paid by cash or cheque I guess. Brown paper bag is optional these days :-)

Cheers,

Either google your local force, download the forms and bring them and the ID required to your local station or go to your local station with ID in hand and hope they don't tell you to go back home and download the correct form from the web.

Your PCC forms have to be sent by the station to Scot Yard.

Tiff is right.

When you get your number from the case officer you can put this on the top of the pcc and send it to your CO. If you send it before this they could have problems matching it to your application.

I'd wait until the number comes through.

Hayles,

When you get your PCC back (40 days!) you can scan and send to ASPC as soon as you have had your acknowledgement and file ref no! There is an email address on the DIAC website to send them to.

I tried sending last week without the ref no and they sent me an email back saying to resend when I get the full ack and ref.

Hope this helps,

Laura

Wasn't ignoring the thread title by the way guys - but didn't know the answer - I reontloaded my spouse visa, but did it by sending everything together so didn't need reference numbers.
