experience at state sponsorship office , Perth

just wanted to share with all the people pursuing an SS visa
i validated in perth on 3rd november and then went to SS office the next day
was given a form to fill my details
that was the survery form and i marked the zeroth month and my address
dont know what they are upto with that form
please share your own experiences
