hi guys.. just want to ask.. I'm currently adding my wife as my dependent... Do I need to provide the following :

Evidence of the history of your relationship
Evidence of a genuine and continuing relationship

or this is for de facto relationship....

hi there,

i am no expert but if you are:

married = spouse
unmarried couple = defacto

you will have to provide evidence of your relationship / marrage.

your wife is not your dependant, dependants are children, elderly parents etc
