The 190 is state sponsored PR and does not need to be a regional area.
The points system has not changed, and you are eligible with only 60 points. The reality however is that invitations are being exhausted amongst higher scoring EOI's so currently you have no chance of being invited to apply for a visa.
If you applied previously, and were refused on points, are you sure you are not subject to a ban?

so no ban ,i am now going for 186 employer nomination as i hv bn approved for tht so employer submitting nomination.

i think Dorothy asked because if you are using the same English level treating WA kids as with this post, I'd want you nowhere near my kids, English is my second language but I'm struggling to understand you. sorry

I am not sure this is the right platform to use however the only thing i can say is English is not too to measure an individual level intelligence and English tests are more like entrance tests test exam to measure your generall understanding.
So your opinions based on my posts are nothong but opinions threfore remain as such.To your disbelief YES i wrote and passed the PTE.
For the lady re:about your kids ETC well your answer is your your choice threfore your choice of who attends to them.I am wgere i am by merit and very competant in my job .
For the record i have studies upto level 7 in a different field but choice to leave that to attend Nursing school and very much competant and actually work as clinical nurse specialist ...
Finally this platform is full of good people,judgmental people,bullies,trolls etc yiu welcome to pick which group you belong too.

in addition i am not new here i have been on here for while i have a post thst has run for nearly 3 years which has benefitted a lot of good people from good advise shared over the years that main goal of this forum not to judge,bullie or atrack individuals whom you do.

Edit - nevermind - just seen the post by Alan - which you also ready before posting here. Alan is a MARA agent - he will have far better info than the rest of us.
