ENS - what is permenant?
Can anyone give me a definate answer (or tell me wheere to find the answer)for what the term permanent position mean in relation to ENS.
I know there's a 3 yr minimum, and it must be full time so.....
Can a permanent contract (as opposed to a casual contract) for a 3 year fixed term be suitable as opposed to permanent ongoing open ended employment ?
