Default ENS VISA tie in to Employer

My employers has offered me the chance to apply for an ENS VISA, he is going to sponsor my visa application as they have been unable to recruit in Australia. My question is, assuming success, (Yes I know not to count on anything I have read many threads) fingers crossed, am I tied to that employer for a certain period of time for immigration purposes ?

Depends what ENS visa, I am going RSMS sponsored visa, I am tied in for two years.

If you go with the four year temp visa with a view to getting PR, you are tied to the employer till you get your PR.

With a standard ENS there is no tie in to that company with dimia once the visa is granted. Often companies may ask you to sign an agreement saying that if you leave within a certain time, the cost of obtaining your visa will be repaid by yourself. This is a private arrangement however and nothing to do with immigration.

Also i speak from experience when i say ENS is tricky! I strongly advise you use a good agent familiar with, i am sure others will back me up there...

We used George Lombard and i can't recommend him enough!

THanks
