Default ENS VIsa and IELTS
A little help if anyone knows...

I am sorting out my ENS permanent visa application and have just come across a requirement for 'Vocational English'. Is the IELTS a definite requirement or will UK passport/skills assessment/4 years of uni study satisfy this?
