That can be bad news because COs dont like to be told act. We have to be careful on the approach.

We'll call DIAC tomorrow. I've spoken to my employer we call togehter to get an update. Nomination was approved beginning of February.

Hi ens856_2010 do you know what occupations are receiving priority?. My ocupation is not in the CSL...i thought that it did matter the occupation anymore as long it was ENS application.

DIAC has not release any official list, but they have prioritise few occupations which will get the priority. If you follow this forum, there is an official email posted by some one saying medical profession will receive highest priority. Also I know some people accountant by profession on this forum got approval in less than 2 months time

So I got granted my PR last night after a 6 month wait (I submitted my application on the 1st of Dec 09). I'm from Canada and work as a coach.
My CO was extremely helpful, he called to introduce himself and was in constant contact throughout the process. It took about 4 weeks once I had a CO to be granted PR.
Guess things are moving ahead at Parramatta, albeit slowly!

thanks for your responses!!...good luck to of all you guys!!..it is very annoying this waiting period...cannot understand why they take them so much time at least they shoulc give an better estimate of time...considering that the applications fees are quite expensive!

Congrats. Did your CO ask for additional info since it took 4 weeks to grant the PR
