Re: ENS Visa (121/856) Current Timescales
I know, it has gone on too long now. The CO's supervisor is involved in my case now as per my agent this am. My agent has sent in a long email to both and she has advised me to sit tight and see if we get a response to the email next week. My agent has said it's defo my CO who is holding this up and has a terrible attitude that's why the supervisor has been involved. I am going to wait and see if we get any updates next week. I defo will not have an answer to my application next week but maybe a timescale. That's all I am hoping for at this stage. Thanks tho for the offer and let's hope you don't get my CO lol!
Can you tell me what you make of this link ?http://www.saaustralia.org/index.php...opic=28950&hl=
At first read I though it just applied to Skilled Independent applications, but what if it includes us too?

yes andrea it affects us to as in the morning goaus told us that his application is goin to complex bla bla team and he/she is not his co now so dont contact him/her.
also i can notice since last couple of days immi has changed its customer service on phone as it is much quicker than before and a bit better as well.
For sure immi has changed something in their system since 1st of april and one of my friend who applied in january 2010 have just received a letter from immi that it will take max 8 months for risk countries to be finalised and it will take much longer because they have changed some health and chareceter checks for integrity of the applicant .
Now i know kazza will be getting a decesion next , she would be next on list saying that she got her golden ticket ... perhaps 2mrw ... nyways guys u have fun weekend
