I am currently on a 457 visa but will be applying for ENS once I have been with my employer for 6 months. I am just wondering if anyone knows the turn around time from a 457 to ENS. Also will I have to do all medical again etc. I will be applying for onshore ENS.

Hey... depends if you need to get your skills assessed? If you are with your employer > 2 years this will not be necessary. I believe there is a 6 month limit on submitting your application once the nomination has been approved.

You will need to do a full medical again.....

Im not sure about the turnaround but I would say it would probably be greater than 1 month once you get all your forms in and there are quite a few to fill out!

Good luck.... its hard work but will be worth it
