ENS 121 visa questions
 

My husband is being sponsored under the ENS 121 visa. His future employers have just submitted the application for nomination and they reckon it should take about three months for approval. Does anyone know if this is about right? How long should it take once we have approval and apply for the visa for it to be granted? We were hoping to get there for January but I guess this is unlikely .... ?

Nomination and application could've been submitted together for quickest processing but I guess they want to be sure the nomination gets approved first before spending the extra on the application.

Are they using an agent? If so try and have a chat about what can be done to speed the process up. Obviously getting your stuff together will help and considering whether to do police checks and medicals so you can front load is worth asking.

I gotto say I think January would be optimistic!
