So do people here reckon it's worth emailing DIMIA to find out how things are going? We posted our $100K bond almost two months ago, and other than receiving the bond certificate through the post, that's all we've heard (going Skilled Independent). DIMIA seem to discourage being contacted for status updates (I can imagine why!), and we're not going through an agent, so we can't hassle them.
