Hi all , i'm in the TRA process at the moment and i've got to point where i need a reference from my employer . I've approached my manager who's happy to help but has never done one before . Has anyone got an example ref i could look at (or even their own) so i could get the feel of whats required , how long should it be , etc etc. Or has anyone written one that would be prepared to part with the basics of producing a reference?
Any other advice is also welcomed !

I'd suggest a search of the forums as this question comes up rather often. (search on 'TRA reference' for example) Not sure if the TRA reference requirements are the same as the ACS ones but for an example ACS one look at:
