Default Employer Nomination Scheme

If I have a business in Aus, which needs an employee on the SOL ENS list, can I nominate my sister in law for the job provided I meet the requirements from the employer side and she meets the criteria from the employee side?

I cant see anything on the Immi gov site that precludes you from doing this. ie nominating a relative.

any thoughts?

have just noticed that i have put this in the wrong forum, can it be moved to the Immi one?

No specific bar, as far as I know, but it may well be looked at closely to ensure that it is a genuine appointment.

You also need to make sure you comply with relevant Federal and State/Territory employment law in offering the position.
