Talking Employee nomination scheme

Hi can anyone advise me regarding the above permanent residency visa.
I have been oferred a job in Aus as a midwife and wish to apply under ENS for permanent residency. I am applying under exceptional skills as I am 47 over the cut off age and would like to know if accepted what are the conditions of my visa.

Would also like to know if anyone can suggest a nice coastal area within 1-2 hour of Sydney which we can visit in view of buying a property. We could not afford to buy a property in Sydney so any suggestions of nice places to look within reach of shops and the beach. Thank you.

There are no special conditions on an ENS visa (subclass 121 or 856) - it's a permanent visa like any other.

The usual conditions are that the main applicant must arrive in Australia before (or at the same time) as family members, and if the visa is granted to a single person you're not allowed to marry before first entry to Australia. Also, you will have a specific period of time to make first entry to Australia.

Nice coastal places within 1-2 hours of Sydney are not especially cheap either. Somewhere on the Central Coast or the strip north of Wollongong comes to mind. Are you really thinking of commuting for that amount of time?

Where in Sydney will you be working? Makes a big difference in terms of where you should if it's northern or southern suburbs.
