Emp. Ref...what Are The Docs Required?

Emp. Ref...what Are The Docs Required?
Can someone tell number wise as to what possibly can be employment references in order to make case strong?
I gave the following:
1. Employment reference letter.
2. Affidavit from Notary public/Advocate that employment reference is genuine and stating all the employment reference details in it.
3. Salary slips
4. Bank statement in which salary is being transferred (I could only manage to get it for one year i.e. Last year to current)
5. Work place photos from inside and outside.

What else are the documents; upon submitting of which can make my application much stronger? Please help!

Photos???? There is no way my past employers will let me have photos of the inside of my work places! We don't really need these do we?

Hey pumpkin blossom,
I have been told to add as many things from my employer as possible. What I did was took my co worker with me to do the job. When no on was there in my room, he took couple of photos and then we stood out of the office where we can get the clear picture of office name and there we took couple more. This is how I did it. I knew that my employer won't let me take that too but I somehow managed it.
- I'm also thinking to add NOC from the employer that they don't have no objection against me for migrating to OzZ.
- Also, I'd be asking them to write me an appraisal letter which could also help justifying me title, position, salary, capabilities and other couple of things and I guess this could make my case more strong.

Well I am no longer at my past jobs, but even if I were mobile phones were banned incase they had cameras on, and we had to report anyone we saw with a camera/mobile, so wouldn't have had much chance anyway. I recon they would be pushing it a bit to expect photos anyway.

I would recon if you weren't allowed to take pics then its better you don't otherwise if your CO will send the photos and your employer sees it, he would be mad and result might not be in favour or he could deny that it isn't my workplace. So, best option not to take any pics if you aren't allowed.
