Emailing for processing times

Hi

I used to email Adelaide processing for checking on processing times.

I have now applied for my 887 visa and since 1st July they are being processed at Brisbane.

Will the email cover these or do I need to email Brisbane and if so does anyone have the email address please.

Thanks

Hiya

Yes we did apply online but haven't heard much yet.

We had an email shortly after we applied to say that the processing is now being done in Brisbane.

Hoping it may quicken things up as in theory they shouldn't have a backlog of 887 visas as we applied 4 days after it moved.

However I;m not holding my breath

How's things?

On the whole our 2 years have been good. We've had a few problems with our house build but now we are in the house things are really good.

It took me 3 months to find work which was frustrating but the job I have I really enjoy and there are a good bunch of people. I also got a pay rise this week that I didn't even have to ask for so things are good on that front.

We applied on the 4th July on our 2 year anniversary of arriving in Adelaide. We applied on a friday although I didn't have all my docs ready so uploaded them on the monday. We also received our Police Checks back last week and emailed them direct to Brisbane GSM.

Most seem to be taking 6-9 months although the DIAC site states 5 months. Just hope it's within that time.

Graham
