Dual Nationality
Has anyone had any problems with applying for visas if they have children with dual nationality. What documentation do we need to supply?
Our situation is that we know they have another passport but we don't have them or know the numbers. Any help would be much appreciated.

You don't need to supply any special documentation other than child's birth certificate (unless you have a good reason for being unable to obtain it).
If they have another nationality just declare it if asked. If you don't know the passport numbers, just explain that (not everyone has a passport, anyway).
Children will still normally be expected to do a medical unless this is unreasonable (eg no custody or access rights).

Re: Dual Nationality
Presumably you mean non-migrating children.

Re: Dual Nationality
(incidentally, if the courts have confiscated non-British passports you should get the Embassy of the relevant country involved immediately)
