OP If your occupation is on schedule 2, you need State Sponsorship not relative sponsorship.

For Salmanizak
If his total points are 55, he can directly apply for subclass 475 on the basis of eligible relative sponsorship

If his occupation is only on schedule two, he would need to have state sponsorship. Family sponsorship would not be possible under those circumstances.
