Document order??

Document order??
Just been looking at the checklist form for my visa and it states
'It is essential that the pages are numbered from the bottom up'
I may be a bit thick but what does this mean??!!

page underneath is #2
page underneath that is #3
and so on

No, in fact the very bottom page is #1, page on top of that is #2, etc.
This isn't affected by which hemisphere you're in or the coriolis effect, but the numbering goes awry the longer you've been drinking, so generally a morning activity :-)
