Document check list
Hi all! My wife and submitted our 189 visa application. She is the main applicant as a registered Nurse and I am on as her Spouse. One of the declaration questions asked...
"Has any applicant served or is serving in a Police force, Military, Secret police or security services?"
I am a serving police officer and clearly ticked yes to this and highlighted on the question that it was myself.
When it comes to the document checklist however, it is asking for "military records" as a required piece of evidence.
I have uploaded payslips, and letters proving I am a police officer under this section and labeled it as such in the description field. Does anyone know if this will be an issue... ie does the evidence uploaded have to be exactly what it says on the tin???

Re: Document check list
It's ironic that they ask if you were in the secret police - if you were you couldn't tell them anyway.
