Might be a silly question, but i often see people talking about sending off the above.

Do all visa applciations need to submit p60/wage slips or is it for a particular type?

The only reason i ask is i am mid way through an stni 137 (just had full ack) and never sent these originally as they were not on the visa application check list.

I kinda figure if they are needed, now i have a file number i will get them posted off now to save any delays further down the line as they already have meds and pc so in theory when i get a co it should just be a yes or no.

Any advice would be great...equally, do they need to be certified copies or are photocopies sufficient?

As I understand it, P60s and/or payslips are provided to evidence that someone has been working in a particular job and thus comply with the recent experience etc requirements. If you have provided evidence in some other form eg references, it may not be necessary to provide P60s/payslips as well.
