Do I have enough time for 175 before new SOL kicks in?
 
Hi Guys,

I am planning to submit my application online on May 21, 2010?
That’s when I will have all required docs available.

Do I have enough time for 175 before new SOL kicks in? Or is it too late.
I will be mailing the hard copies with UPS next day delivery.

I see that June 1st the deadline.

If you do online app on 21st, than that date is deemed to be application date, so you're safe. You have 28 days after that to send in all docs, or you can scan colour copies and attach to your on-line app.

No, it is July 1st that is the deadline, I think. But still no concrete date has been mentioned by DIAC.

Are u sure that the new changes will not affect the pending applications (applications in the queue)?
