In a Dilema
 

In a bit of a dilema at the moment,

not sure whether to go for an IT job in new zealand (nice place to
live) or take a opening offered for me in a record company in London
(dream job) in a grotty part of London

paradise with a IT job, or a grotty hole with a dream of working in
the music industry.

I love New Zealand a lot and was in Australia last year, but was
infortunately taken seriously ill and had to come home to england.

Just now I face to big choices, and i really am split 50/50 on each :(

Only you will know how good the music job in London really is. I suppose you realise that there are lots of so-called golden opportunities in that industry that turn out to be nothing at all. If your heart is set on that though, I guess London will be much more happening that NZ. I would just suggest you make sure that the career-path is really there.

You have to take time out to decide. Either choice will take lots of determination and perserverance but, that being the case, they will both reward in their own way if you are single-minded enough to succeed.

Depends whether viewing life long or short trem. Yes music job would be great for experience but what then, is there a career path?

If you miss the opportunity now, can you do it later?

If you go now, would you always wonder what if??
If you don't go, would you wondre what if?

Whit down all the pros and cons, advantages, disadvantages, what do you want short and long term... hopefully one will start looking more favourable than the other.
