I just want a bit of sympathy! Have been waiting since August for a decision from DIMIA in London but nothing so far. We are waiting on the last of the police checks from Oz but we sent them away a month outside the date that the case officer asked for them, only because our lives were so hectic with me having to move back to Oz for work and leave my beloved behind in Ireland, so I'm hoping that won't go against us (don't wish to antagonise....!) I have been sending "proof" to her,such as our emails and communcations from MSN Messenger (a really boring read to anyone else!) but you gotta do....Our file was sent back with all our photos etc but no letter so we have no idea what is happening....just hoping that no news is good news....has anyone else been thru this??? It's agonising!!!

Haven't been through it but it was hard enough trying to get the proof togther for defacto going with me.
