The form is available on the DIAC website and all you have to do is fill it in and send it online the way you submitted all your documents when you lodged your application. If you did not lodge an online application then I think you may have to send it via courier. However, if you have a CO then there should be an email address where you can send it as an attachment.

Hi Julie,

you should still be able to upload them:
https://www.ecom.immi.gov.au/visas/attachment/start.do?attachType=VISA_APPLICATION&group=travel

If that doesn't work anymore or if you're not an online applicant, you can also scan them and send them to this email adress, mentioning your TRN or file number:
[email protected]
(email address for sending documents for all GSM applications except for subclass 885, 886, 887, 487 or 485).

zenji got a CO already on 27 Jan, lodged visa 175 on 05 Dec. hopefully ours too in a few weeks!

after posting that update, I didn't know I would be receiving my share of good news as well... I got a CO today!

I applied 14 December for visa 175...

I applied on 22nd Dec and same CSL (C++) like yours. Hopefully I will receive soon.

Eventually, i got result letter from the Vic SS... Unfortunately, they regret to inform me that they are not in the position to sponsor me. Thus, I will stay in the 4th priority.
