Default De facto Partner Visa

Hi
I work for a global Australia company and I may be transferred of the Australia by the end of the year. My company is sorting out my visa, I imagine I will be on employer TSS visa.

My question is my partners visa will be part of mine but will that allow him to work in Australia?

Thanks

If you have asked for him to be included as a defacto partner then yes. However, the TSS is a temporary visa, your partner's will be a temporary visa subject to yours, and that will possibly make employers wary.

Also be aware that the visa will be a partner, dependent on your visa, NOT a "de facto visa" - the terminology is pedantic but important.
