I've just been reading form 47SK (General Skilled Migration) and it refers to spouse but I
couldn't find a mention of de facto relationship. Do I have to get married to include my
partner on the application. If not, how long do I have to have been living with my partner
for us to qualify as being 'de facto'?

Many thanks for your help Miki

Hello Miki,

It does. Look at page 4 of form 47SK, question 14.

>Do I have to get married to include my partner on the application. If not, how long do I
>have to have been living with my partner for us to qualify as being 'de facto'?

The minimum is 12 month. For more information see Fact Sheet 33:

Hope this helps. Stefan
