Current timeline for medical & police checks

Can anyone confirm what the current timeline is for the medical and police checks?

It was 10-12 weeks but now understand that it may now have increased a little?

The only med / pcc requests I've seen on Austimeline in the last few days (granted it was the weekend) are from 2004 applications.

The stats i got are still saying 12 weeks (136 non modl), although the last few med requests were all comming in at 90+ days whereas previously they were 83-84 days. That said though i havent seen any changes at all on Austime line for applications from 1/2/2005 - seems all has gone quiet.....

Nothing here yet....10 weeks on Thursday since CC charged. 12 weeks will be 16th June for us. As Wargod says, there's not much movement on austimeline in ages.....in fact I've stopped looking until the Friday each week as it was depressing.

Oh well....another day is starting in Oz....maybe someone will get something this week from late Feb/early March.....

Hi Kay

For your PCC just go into your local police station and ask for the forms and they give them to you. Fill them in for each of you cost £10 each, they take up to 40 days to come back to your address.

For meds try here, http://www.immi.gov.au/allforms/doctors/panel_u.htm
search by region and find a doctor thats near you. Just ring them and book an appointment. We had ours done last Friday and the bloods/xray the week before (so the results were with the GP)

Let me know how you get on, good luck
Ang

I phoned the police station and they gave me instructions to download them from their web-site. Very easy.
