With respect, you can't make such a sweeping statement. Re-read the weekly update, it says ' The ASPC expects to have commenced processing of all CSL applications held by this office by the end of May 2009.'

They 'expect', rather than they 'will'. There is no guarantee.

we have the same status.. and we're both 176 and relative sponsored.. is this coincidence or they are really looking at our applications.. again, based on PLE, they told me that I only have an officer looking thru the attached documents...

i guess if not allocated by May 2008, almost all CSL is under MODL so I guess it wont take long to have a CO since MODL is next...
