Credit card charged question
Hi, I'm considering applying to emigrate to oz and I keep reading in peoples timeline things, that on a certain date they had their credit cards charged.
My question is, how much does the whole procedure cost?

Personally, I don't worry about the charges too much, since the cost of quitting a job, moving to Australia with all our possessions, then being unemployed while starting a career again, will be a lot more than the various charges to DIMIA and for health and police checks.

For general skilled migration, I think DIMIA's fee is now A$1,935. Charges vary for other visa types, and for when other family members have poor English. You need to review the appropriate booklet.

1845 dollars (2.3 dollars to the pound) for the application, 250 dollars for the Skilled examination test, 100 quid for te IELTS test for the girlfirnd.
