Ali,
I am no agent, so I can not be 100% sure but read the Booklet 6 and it says that you either have to sit the NAATI exam in that language or present a proof that your degree was taught in the language you would like to claim points for. The latter would be confirmed by a statement from your degree awarding institution. I am not sure that a letter from yourself would cut the mustard.

I already got the letter from university / collge and my school now I am complied this letter altogether to understant the co

that is the letter I am talking to I am also sending them IELTS results with this letter

I want to inform my co I wish to claim bonus point my documets is attached with this like my degree etc

Simply say you are enclosing your IELTS result as proof of English ability and your degree transcript as proof of community language for bonus points. You don't have to do anything fancy; your case officer will understand what you are sending.
