I have already lodge my application on 175 as cook in march 09 . but realize that with a state sponsorship the process would be fast, but unfortunately cooks has been taken from the Victoria eligibility list. Although I had the TRA assessment done as cook, I do have the qualification and the work experience as a pastry cook as well,

my question... If I submit for another TRA assessment as pastry cook, will there be any complications.

Assuming I get a positive assessment from TRA for pastry cook, can I obtain a sponsorship from Victoria Gov. while I have already applied for PR under 175.

Assuming I get the Victoria Gov sponsorship can I resubmit my application under 176 state sponsored.

You cannot change your nominated skill mid application. You would need to withdraw your original application and lodge a new one if you want to change from cook to pastry cook. You will not get a refund and will be required to pay the TRA fee for new skills assessment and new application fee for DIAC.
