Hi
I suppose it depends on how old you are now [and how much time has gone by since you were cautioned].
However, I think it is important to be honest about everything, and let DIMIA decide whether or not it should effect the outcome of your application- you don't want them to cancel your visa later on......you never know what the future holds, and what skeletons can come out of the closet at opportune moments!
If they weren't that serious, I wouldn't think you would have anything to worry about.
Obviously, this is just my opinion, but I hope it helps anyway

Sometimes, I think that it's better to get your PCC before you send off your form, that way there's no surprises as to what you find on it!
If it's going to be on your PCC then you have to declare it. As you were a minor at the time, I guess that they won't mind too much so long as you put in a statement explaining the circumstances at the time.
It's best to cover yourself than find out later that you should of confessed!
