Sorry if this is a simple question but I just seem to keep running round in circles.

Inlaws are filling out visa application form and not sure where to send and methods of payment for the first installment.

all I keep running into is this:

Outside Australia
Before making a payment outside Australia, please check with
the Australian Government office where you intend to lodge
your application as to what methods of payment and currencies
they can accept and to whom the payment should be made
payable.
