Default contacting DIAC

hi all
i have a problem and need to contact diac, im having a email conversation and strugling to get my point over, is it worth actually contacting them, the issue is over £900 so a bit important to me, they took the visa fee twice and dont seem to be able to find it, would you stick to the approved email or contact direct?

I would probably get in touch with the credit card company and let them sort it out. Send an email to DIAC stating that you have been charged twice, with a copy of your CC statement showing the double payment and a note saying that you will leave it to them to sort it out.

Surely the credit card company should be refunding you and then sorting the mess out themselves?

If you can get the payment details from DIAC for the payment that they think they do have then you should be able to get the credit card company to sort out the other one and get it refunded.

+61 1300 364 613 for the Adelaide skilled processing center - that is assuming you applied for the skilled permanent resident visa offshore. If that is another one, go to the www.immi.gov.au, find your visa type and go to the last page where it says "after you lodge your application" - there would be a link to contact details. Good luck in sorting this out.
